How do I know if a part fits my vehicle?

Use the vehicle search when available and review the product title, photos, and description carefully. Many automotive parts depend on year, make, model, trim, bumper style, exhaust layout, wiring, and other vehicle options. If you are unsure, contact us with your year, make, model, trim, and photos before ordering.

Is fitment guaranteed?

Fitment guidance is provided to help you shop, but it is not a guarantee for every vehicle, trim, modification, or installation setup. Please confirm compatibility before purchasing, especially for carbon fiber, exhaust, lighting, steering wheel, and conversion parts.

What does made to order mean?

Some specialty parts are built, finished, or prepared after an order is placed. These items may need additional lead time before shipping. Product pages may show availability, but Made To Order items can still require extra preparation time.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on the item, inventory status, carrier, and destination. In Stock items usually move faster. Made To Order or specialty items may need more time before tracking is active. See Shipping & Delivery for the full overview.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. When your order ships, tracking will be sent to the email or phone number used at checkout. If your tracking has not updated yet, the carrier may still be processing the package.

Can I return an item?

Returns depend on the product condition, timing, and whether the item is eligible under our return policy. Please review Returns & Refunds before ordering. Custom, used, installed, damaged, or Made To Order items may have restrictions.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once an item is processing, being prepared, Made To Order, or already shipped, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Keep all packaging and contact us right away with your order number, clear photos of the box, shipping label, damaged area, and the full product. Do not install a damaged item before contacting support, because installation can affect claim eligibility.

Do I need professional installation?

Professional installation is strongly recommended for electrical, exhaust, steering, carbon fiber, body conversion, and performance parts. Installation quality can affect fitment, safety, warranty, and final appearance.

What should I send if I need help?

Please email support@vektomotorsports.com and include your order number if you have one, plus your vehicle year, make, model, trim, the product you are asking about, and clear photos if fitment or damage is involved. This helps us answer faster and more accurately.
