Tracking is sent to the email or phone number used at checkout once your order ships. Some labels update quickly, while carrier scans and specialty-part preparation can take extra time before the tracking page shows movement.

Before Contacting Support

  • Check the email or phone number used at checkout for the latest tracking message.
  • Allow time for the carrier to scan the package after the label is created.
  • Include your order number, checkout email, and a screenshot of the tracking page if you contact us.
  • You can email support@vektomotorsports.com if tracking looks stuck or the carrier update does not make sense.
